TERMS & CONDITIONS:
A valid pass with current photo must be presented each visit for use. Pass member guests may only visit with a named passholder. Admission for school field trips, Homeschool Day, educational tours, and some special events is excluded from season passes. Season Passes are valid for the specified season dates purchased and cannot be carried forward to subsequent seasons or years. Season Passes are non-transferrable and only valid for member named on pass. Season passes purchased online are not available for same day use. Allow 24-hours for processing.

2025 Season Passes are valid for unlimited visits to the Petting Farm, Zoo, and Fun Park during regular hours of operation beginning March 15, through October 31. Dates and availability to visit are subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen events necessitating closure.

REFUND POLICY:
All sales final - NO refunds.

PROCESSING:
Upon purchasing a season pass our ticketing system will automatically email the primary pass member with a request to upload picture for each named pass member. Each picture should only contain one person in the photograph. Once a picture is uploaded the system will then automatically email the primary pass member the pass to either save a digital copy on their phone, or download and print for scanning upon entry. Any pass inclusions such as Bring-a-Friend-Free tickets, or other special offers should be picked up at admissions by the primary pass member on the day of their first visit.

WARNING. By visiting Lucky Ladd Farms, you fully acknowledge that there is an inherent risk of exposure to common communicable and zoonotic diseases such as COVID-19, E. Coli, Salmonella, Listeriosis, etc. from both humans and animals. It's important to remember that anyone can become sick from a communicable and/or zoonotic disease, including healthy people. However, some people may be more at risk than others and should take steps to protect themselves or family members. These people are more likely than others to get really sick, and even die, from infection with certain diseases. These groups of people include: children younger than 5, adults older than 65, pregnant women, and people with weakened immune systems.

WARNING. Under Tennessee law, a bovine owner is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death of a person resulting from the inherent risks of bovine activities, pursuant to Tennessee code Annotated, Title 44, Chapter 21.

By signing below and/or completing this purchase, you, any person in attendance with you, any person receiving ticket, season pass, or other gift (in relation to Lucky Ladd Farms) from you, all family, heirs, executors and administrators fully acknowledge receiving advisement of risks and hereby agree to hold harmless and do forever release Lucky Ladd Farms Inc. (dba Lucky Ladd Farms), along with it's directors, owners, staff, volunteers, vendors and any affiliates should any issue, injury, illness or death arise for any reason to yourself, any member of your family, or any person in attendance with you; for all current and future liability related to a visit to Lucky Ladd Farms.
